A house is probably one of the biggest purchases that you will ever make, and you should make sure that you do everything to protect it.
Quatresaison Care offer a variety or services that will give you peace of mind when away from your property, and give you more time to enjoy the property when you come out to visit.

• Regular security visits to the property to ensure all doors, shutters and outbuildings are secure and remove all mail from view.

• Mail sorting and forwarding, we can forward onto you any official mail that arrives at your property whilst you are away.

• Harsh weather visits, after any high winds, heavy rain or storm we can check over your property inside and out to make sure there is no damage.

• House opening and closing, we can open up your property before you arrive, switching on electricity, gas, heating, fridge for example and make sure that everything is secure and switched off after you have returned home.

• Fosse maintenance, We can also be contracted to maintain the treatment of any Fosse you may have at the property throughout the year, along with cleaning out any grease traps on site bi-anually.

• Reception service, if you are having deliveries or have arranged work on the property, we can be there to recieve them so you do not have to be.

• Repairs, decorating, we can also undertake general house maintenance and small repairs along with decorating, both inside and out.

• Visitor support, if you rent out your property during the year, why not offer your guests that extra peace of mind by having a local, English speaking emergency contact. We can be at the end of the phone, or in extreme circumstances visit the property on your behalf if there is a problem.
